Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any of humbold's services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

About humbold

humbold is a Christian men's formation ministry offering community membership and 1-on-1 coaching. Our services include weekly live gatherings, a private community, and optional personalized coaching.

Memberships & Billing

• humbold Men membership: $20/month or $400/year. Billed through Base44 Payments (Wix).
• 1-on-1 Coaching: $200 one-time for four private sessions over four weeks. Requires an active humbold Men membership, sold separately.
• Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewal and does not prorate the current period, except where required by law.
• Prices are subject to change. Existing members retain their locked-in rate for as long as their membership remains active.

First-Session Guarantee

If, after your first 1-on-1 coaching session, you do not believe the coaching is worth continuing, you may request a refund of the unused portion of the program by contacting us within 48 hours and before your second session. This guarantee applies only to first-time coaching clients.

Community Conduct

You agree to use the humbold community with respect and integrity. You will not:

• Harass, threaten, or demean other members.
• Post content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful.
• Share another member's private information.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

No Professional Advice

humbold provides faith-based formation, community, and coaching. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you need such services, please consult a qualified professional.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by humbold — including teachings, materials, and branding — is owned by humbold and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce our content without permission. Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the community.

Limitation of Liability

humbold provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding three months.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe harm the community. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends, though these Terms continue to apply to your prior use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of significant changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
