humbold ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: Your name, email address, and role when you register or are invited.
  • Payment information: When you purchase a membership or coaching, payment is processed through Base44 Payments (Wix). We do not store your full card details — only a record of your purchase and subscription status.
  • Calendar data: If you use our event features, we sync event details from our Google Calendar to display upcoming gatherings.
  • Community content: Posts, comments, prayer requests, and messages you submit within the app.
  • Referral data: If you share a referral link, we track who referred whom for our referral program.
  • Usage data: Standard analytics about how you interact with the app.

How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and membership access.
  • To process payments and maintain subscription records.
  • To display upcoming live calls and community events.
  • To facilitate community interaction (posts, prayer requests, messaging).
  • To send you account-related and ministry-related communications.
  • To improve our services and content.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processing and hosting), as required by law, or as necessary to enforce our Terms. Community content you post is visible to other members as described by the features you use.

Data Retention

We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership, we retain records of your transactions as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Community content you post may be retained unless you delete it.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
